Apometry Explained: Spiritual Wellness, Obsessors, and Energy Cleansing.

What if you could tap into a technique that clears negative energies, obsessors and blockages, but dissolves past-life influences, and balances your mind, body, and spirit? This unique method uses soul projection to access deep levels of consciousness, and today we will explore more about it!

While Apometry is not directly related to witchcraft, it’s deeply connected to spiritual practices, particularly using concepts of consciousness separation and energy manipulation to address issues in both the physical and spiritual realms. For those interested in exploring the wide spectrum of spiritual practices, Apometry offers a unique perspective on spiritual healing, understanding energies and entities beyond the physical world.

Apometry History:

This spiritual healing technique was created by Dr. José Lacerda de Azevedo in Brazil and combines concepts from spiritualism with metaphysics to enable healing on physical, mental, and spiritual levels. Originating in the 1960s, it was developed as an extension of spiritism healing methods and is used in Brazilian spiritism centers.

While rooted in Spiritism principles, it’s a non-religious practice that focuses on "soul projection" to facilitate healing on multiple levels. Apometry is known for its unique approach, using the concept of separating or "unfolding" the mental and astral bodies from the physical body. This disassociation, or projection of consciousness, allows practitioners to engage with the subtle body, addressing energetic imbalances, influences from past lives, and spiritual obsessions.

What is Apometry?

This practice focuses on guiding consciousness beyond the physical self to interact with various layers of the spiritual body. It is based on the belief that many health issues originate in the perispirit also known as the energy field or subtle body, and then manifest in the physical body. Dr. Lacerda viewed this subtle layer as essential to human health, and damages in this field caused by trauma or imbalances would impact physical wellness.

This idea aligns directly with spiritism teachings, particularly those of Allan Kardec, who laid a foundational understanding of mediumship and the relationship between physical and spiritual planes. Although Apometry is widely recognized within Spiritism circles, it doesn’t require religious affiliation and is open to individuals regardless of age, health, or belief systems.

A good example of this is the ramifications of this practice being used in Umbanda Centers or Brazilian Shamanic practices.

How Apometry Works

By inducing a controlled separation of consciousness, this practice allows both practitioner and patient to explore spiritual dimensions, through the separation of the mental and astral bodies from the physical form. This approach is intended to work on the subtle energies. The practitioner, also called healer, acts as a guide, while the patient remains fully aware and in control throughout the process. The healer normally uses verbal commands and hand movements to assist in raising vibrational energy. This technique makes it possible to access the perispirit and any blockages or attachments within it. Spiritual entities, guides, or other highly evolved spirits are present and assist with healing, and often provide insight and protection throughout the process.

Apometry uses the concept of energy vibration frequencies to align with quantum physics principles. Dr. Lacerda described Apometry’s action through the equation ∑=KZ, where "K" (kapa) represents cosmic energy with powerful magnetic and electric properties, and "Z" (zeta) represents the energetic force from our physical bodies. The result of these energies, ∑(sigma), creates a potent healing force that facilitates energy clearing and realignment within the patient.

In an apometric session, one of the first steps is cleansing the energy field. This process involves identifying blockages or attachments, known as obsessors, within the patient’s perispirit, or spiritual energy field. These obsessors can stem from unresolved connections with deceased spirits, energy accumulations linked to personal traumas, unresolved emotions, or magikal works done against the patient. The cleansing stage addresses these disturbances, preparing the patient for deeper healing.

After cleansing, the therapist focuses on rebalancing the patient’s chakras, which are considered key centers of spiritual and physical energy. This balancing act helps realign the patient’s subtle energy bodies, allowing for greater harmony and reducing interference from residual negative influences.

Apometry Treatment in Practice

In the initial stages, the patient’s energy is cleansed and balanced and it is put into what is known as the bilocation stage, or unfolded state. This involves the separation of the mental and astral bodies from the physical, enabling the healer to interact with the patient's spiritual self beyond the constraints of time and space. This bilocation allows the healers to identify and address blockages or obsessors in the patient’s energy field, often using a combination of deep focus, mediumship work, and verbal commands.

The sessions are often guided by spiritual entities, such as higher spirits or protective guides, who are believed to support the healing process. These entities help identify and facilitate the spiritual treatment, having direct communication with the healer in charge of the procedure.

Spiritists Centers often work with Guides and spiritual work teams, connecting with spiritual colonies designed to give spiritual assistance, but the spiritual workforce could be arranged differently if this is being done in an Umbanda center or in a shamanic practice. But the idea of having Healing Spirits, Spirit Teams, Guides, and Protective Spirits present in all variations of the practice.

Obsessors in Apometry

obsessors are seen as negative influences or entities, which are attached to the patient’s energy field. These can be deceased spirits, karmic connections, low energy forces that have a connection to the patient, past-lives influence, emotional ties in this life, or spiritual work done against the patient. In practice, Apometry focuses on identifying these obsessors and neutralizing their influence, bringing the patient into a state of mental and emotional balance.

Learning Apometry: Training and Practice

The way I learned, and I believe until today remains more or less the same is going directly to a Spiritist centers. There under the guidance of experienced apometrists, you will learn techniques for consciousness unfolding, energy cleansing, and interacting with spiritual guides.

New practitioners often begin by assisting experienced apometrists and later progress to more advanced roles in apometric sessions.

Conclusion

Apometry integrates elements of Spiritism philosophy, quantum physics, and mediumistic practice to create a holistic approach to spiritual healing. By engaging with the subtle bodies and spiritual influences of patients, this technique offers a pathway for addressing deep-seated emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances, providing a unique tool for spiritual healing that emphasizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

Further recommendations:In English you can find Dr Jose Lacerda main work, the book "Spirit and Matter: New Horizons for Medicine," which details the foundational concepts and practices of Apometry, exploring its therapeutic applications for addressing physical and spiritual Imbalances. Another resource, but in Portuguese, is the book “Manual Prático de Apometria” This book has contributions from Brazilian practitioners, and covers practical applications, case studies, and insights for both beginners and advanced students of Apometry, often combining it with Spiritist and Umbanda practices.

I wish you all the best and see you next time!
